Greetings for June..

Yep Half a year nearly gone. The new exhibition is Sue Jarvis from down Gembrook way and she has brought a wonderful variety of lovely landscapes and still lifes. Sue has a distinct colour palette and the works are both slightly abstracted and quite contemporary…. Although they have a certain muted tone to them that would fit in with Clarice Becket and also Margaret Preston.

The opening is this Sunday June 2nd at 2.00 and will have drinks and nibbles as well as the artist to speak about her work. Come and share a pleasant Sunday afternoon in good company ,a warm heater and some interesting art to wander into.

Sue is also going to come and do some painting here over the run of the exhibition so that might be another opportunity to catch up with Sue.

I also have some new works on display and we would love to see you and catch up
