Jo Draisma Sci Fi Fantasy Portraits August 2022

This collection of bright, bold sci fi fantasy portraits is set to delight both young and old. The works are created by the well-known local art teacher and artist Jo Draisma. She has presented an ensemble of unique characters, placed in colourful costumes and settings. The works, in oil and acrylic paint, meander across a variety of styles: from realistic, to surreaIistic and even slightly abstracted. This highly engaging body of work is worthy of a visit.

This is a family friendly exhibition for all ages with plenty of room for the kids to run and play in the adjoining sculpture garden.
