My work ranges in what it focuses upon;sometimes dreams or emotional states and situations, sometimes legends or landscapes that I have a connection to. Colour and structure are always important and a joy"to get it right" conversely a total pain to not achieve this. It's been a difficult two years. I want to thank Mel a great deal for supporting me and my painting and for helping so strongly with this exhibition.

I have always pushed my art to become an expression of a subject. After many years , I have developed the paint into line and tone to allow the imagination to perceive colour and ideas.
